· Review of commercial terms in finalization of Gas sale and Purchase agreements (GSPA), Crude Oil/Condensate Sales agreement (COSA), Gas Pricing agreement (GPA) and LPG agreements/terms.
· Assist in executed contracts including GPSA, COSA, GPA and LPG agreements.
· Manage correspondence of commercial department and file documents.
· Determination of price of GHPL quota of LPG by computing interest rate, FED, Petroleum development levy and sales tax as per OGRA notified prices.
