Analyzing standards (SAIFI & SAIDI), technical scorecard, network gaps and devising remedial actions.
Installation of VCBs, Protection RMUs, LBS, Lying new feeders, interlinking HT NW, installation of new distribution transformers for system improvement.
Evaluate project feasibility of the PM/CM projects and coordinate with the concern department/authorities.
Ensured work quality is maintained. Strict compliance of safety protocols, SOPs and standards.
Ensuring that department operates in accordance with all the applicable health, safety and environmental protocols towards safety and well-being of staff and public.

• Review the daily report of CHP (Power house) and also monitor the control room operations.

• Maintain the all Substations switch gears and Distribution transformers, and also responsible for power house auxiliaries.

• To lead, supervise and troubleshoot the all electrical / electronic automation problems at floor level including 2-megawatt power house (CHP), Copper Rod Plant (continuous 24/7 process), PVC plant & all other machineries.

• Establishing plans for Preventive maintenance and implementation of Plan timely (Preventive Maintenance).

• Identify and maintain critical part inventory to reduce mean time to repair (MTTR) on oracle base system.

• Adopt safety rules & 5S system & Maintain HSE requirements.

• Root Causes Analysis (RCA) for Different types of Breakdowns in order to prevent machinery from that particular problem in future.

• Execution of different projects on KAIZAN and LEAN.

• Fault tracing and programming of PLC & HMI control based machines (Siemens S7-300 / S-1200, Mitsubishi, Omron & Delta)

• To keep working on industrial software’s Siemens (TIA, Step-7, and Starter), Delta (DOP soft, WPL) & SIKORA Diagnostic, etc.

• Maintain inventory of all relevant spare parts for smooth of plants and machines on oracle base system.

• Control routine activates in whole shift.

• Fault tracing and programming of AC/DC motors & drives (Siemens, ABB, Emerson SP & MP, SSD, Parker, Delta and DANFOSS).

• Fault tracing of protection relays (over-current relays, frequency relay, under /over voltage relay, thermal overload, phase failure, programmable relay, etc.)
