Sr Application Engineer
• Working as a Senior Application Engineer for Wilo Pumps.• Selections of appropriate pump as per application such (HVAC, Plumbing, Sewage or drainage).• Handling quotations, compliance and technical submittals for pumps & presenting detailed information about the product technicalities to the clients.
• Calculating required head for pump using IPC and National Standard Plumbing Code
• Designing some parts in Autocad for booster pumps skid, DOL or Star delta connection starter for control panel of pumps as per the requirement of the client.• Negotiating and perusing the clients by offering them good prices and advantageous after sale service.• furthermore looking after all projects and purchasing local control panels, isolator, booster skids, valves in accordance with the client\'s technical requirements.

Mechanical Engineer

Ø Operating and maintaining Kawaski 2 stroke main engine (6L42MC) and Yanmar 4 stroke Engine.
Ø Maintaining, monitoring and testing boiler and economiser.
Ø Sustaining and monitoring fresh water generator.
Ø Providing fixes for issues under supervision on Purifiers, pumps, valves, turbo charger, and compressors
Ø Facilitating the administration for all systems,
Ø Checking, controlling and operating systems such as Heavy fuel oil (HFO) system, Lube oil system, fresh water generation system, steam system, bunkering system and ballasting system.
Ø Operating and Maintaining under supervision Refrigeration Systems, sewage treatment plant, hydraulic system for crane and Oily water separator.
Ø Operating, maintaining and testing electrical machineries under supervision,
Ø Determining the root cause of issues, targeting to provide first time resolutions and aiming to prevent the reoccurrence of the issue.
Ø Monitoring of all machineries during watch and reporting to engineer if any fault occur and taking appropriate actions in case of emergency scenarios.
Ø Drills ( pirate on board drill, emergency fire in engine room, cargo hold or accommodation fire drill, man overboard drill, abandon ship drill)
