Job Responsibilities
Ensuring finishing completion targets for a given order (styles) with desired quality.
Monitoring the finishing related processes in order to meet on-time shipments.
Make sure all the employees working in the finishing section are skilled for their specific job.
The finishing supervisor should be able to explain the job to his workers and give instructions on how to do the finishing jobs in the correct ways.
Arranging necessary training required for building workers\' skills to the finishing room activities.
Must be aware of his section\'s capacity for different products in different processes (ironing, visual checking, garment alteration, folding, and packing).
Planning for loading different styles in different teams.
Should plan daily finishing targets based on its daily capacity (depending on the manpower availability) and able to finish and pack as per target quantity.

Job Responsibilities:
Daily supervision and monitoring of construction on site as per approved drawings and method statement.
Checking quality of concrete during pouring of concrete,
Attending joint site inspection with supervision consultants,
Coordination with safety officers for occupational health and safety matters,
Assist project manager in managing site labors and sub-contractors,
Preparation of RFIs (Request for Inspection) for all site works and submission to supervision consultants,
Support the sub-contractors to achieve the project completion and other milestones,
Providing feedback to planning engineers for preparation of progress report.
Assisting quantity surveyors in taking measurements for quantity takeoff,
Supporting land surveyors in setting out works on site in accordance the drawings and specifications.
Supervision of road Safety regarding diversions/detours, lane marking, road studs and temporary signboard installation etc.
