Responsible for addition of new model and limits setting in computerized performance testing lab with new version of PLIS (i.e. PLIS-5).

Responsible for all performance tests of mentioned products conducted on production floor.

Responsible to conducted Spot audits to ensure PEL IMS (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001: 2004 & OHSAS 18001:2007) in the entire Appliances Division.
Responsible for establishing workforce requirement, deployment and Overtime budgeting.

To develop procedures, process flow charts, validation of document change requests, incorporating changes, review and vetting procedures.
To highlight issues/gaps related to the implementation of documented procedures/ instructions at floor level and initiate appropriate actions, as necessary in consultation with team leader.
To raise corrective/preventive actions request in consultation with team leader, where necessary, to avoid recurrence/ occurrence of problem.
To validate CARs/PARs, determine root cause of problems and recommend appropriate actions using data analysis approach and maintain follow up of CARs/PARs with concerned stakeholders for ensuring its closure within target date.

Management\'s Systems. (ISO 14001,OHSAS 18001 & ISO-9001 Documentation, Implementation and Auditing) To perform Accident review, investigation and reporting. Perform Root Cause Analysis, Health & Safety Hazard Analysis, and Environmental aspect and impact analysis.
To monitor and maintain data and information statistics on HSE activities and incident trends to provide analysis and recommendations.

To ensure that all product realization processes are carried out as per defined work instructions.
To manage manpower within the agreed budget and plan overtime for the completion of production target.
To ensure daily reports for rejection and recycle and take necessary action for their control.
