• Supervision and execution of construction works for the 2x330 MW Lignite Fired Power Plant: Excavation of earth for Pile Work & Lean, Marking Layout using Total Station, Steel & Shuttering Work, Road Construction, Drainage Works, and Pile Pouring in accordance with project standards and requirements.
• Strictly monitoring the construction work\'s quality and safety, as well as documenting all projects activities. Inspections and material testing to ensure the quality of construction works.
• Planning for the execution upcoming construction tasks in collaboration with project manager/construction manager.
• Lead the site team Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project, attend the site meetings and raise the concerns pertinent to the project.
• Checking plans, detailed drawings and quantities against the site condition for accuracy of calculations
• Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications and placing the requisitions proactively, well ahead of time.
• Liaising with clients, landlords and their representatives for timely amendment of the drawings and the preparation of weekly progress reports.
• Maintain and help control daily HSE practices through regular checks of work sites, ensure that hazards are identified, precautionary measure are implemented and relevant HSE advice provided. Promote safe working systems and procedures and monitor the proper application of the \"Permit to Work\" system
• Perform under pressure and on flexible timings 

• Supervision the repair & renovation of Government Hospitals, Construction of New Hospitals, Roads, High Rise Building, and Construction of 45 Hand-Wash facilities in different villages of District Tando Allahyar.
• Inspection of formwork and Reinforcement work prior to pouring of concrete.
• Raise the INSPECTION TEST REQUEST FOR Every Activity.
• Raise the MATERIAL VARIFICA`TION REQUIST for approved material.
• Estimate overall and part wise material quantity & cost of project at different stages of execution
• Purchase and supply of material for all construction sites.
• Co-ordinate with Consultant representatives and QA/QC Site in-charge for the Project’s requirements and to execute efficiently all construction activities.
• Plan and review engineering activity, provide support on technical issues, establish measure for process performance.
• Scheduling of manpower, Machinery, materials & activities for actual daily needs of site
