 Document the inquiry and response accurately and completely according to relevant Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)/ Work Instruction and regulatory guidelines. Handling escalated MI inquiries from various sources.


 Identifying and recording, adverse events and product quality complaints as well as processing fulfillment.
