 1. Ensuring broad based consultation on the implementation of the Operational Manual, especially at the community level.
2. Assisting in development of a clear vision of the good governance objectives and principles of the overall project, ensuring that this guides the whole design and implementation process.
3. Assisting in development of a clear work plan for the implementation phase where the operational manual will be constantly under review and revision based on field experience across the country. This will require designing management systems in consultation with the Provincial Manager to ensure regular consultation across the programme.
4. Establishment of a coordination mechanism between the program sectors to ensure consistency with program vision and objectives.
5. Establishing a working relationship with appropriate government departments such as MRRD.
6. With the assistance of the Provincial Manager ensuring that the designated section teams follow the right track of the community development strategy.
7. Ensuring there is appropriate field-testing of the materials as they are developed.
8. Training and supervision of facilitators on the establishment process of Community Institution.
9. Working closely with the monitoring and evaluation section ensuring that the maturity indicators for the social institutions are followed accordingly.
10. Reporting on the training need of facilitators which has to be done by training units.
11. Preparation of monthly progress report

Ensure the effective implementation of program activities.
· Sustain internal and external coordination.
· Coordinate and provide technical support for successful implementation of the program
· Facilitate experimentation, participatory learning by doing and training on plants disease and insect pest management, integrated weed management, integrated soil fertility management, Farm economics and financial literacy, and other issues that come up for individual groups.
· Farmer Field Schools (FFS) establishment for participatory learning, training and experimentation
· Trainings facilitated on specific crop related issues through FFS
· Field based FFS, FBS (Farmer Business Schools) actions plans developed
· Contribute in FFS extension materials development
· Prepared work plans with clear objectives, implementation schedules and milestones
· Prepared weekly, monthly reports of the project.
· Organize different types of trainings for communities.
· Contribute to FFS extension and training materials development
· Develop and organize crop based FFS and implement all FFS stages and components with regular field follow-up and interaction with participants;
· The FFS facilitator works directly with farmers, and helps them discover important concepts/ issues in crops farming through practical learning.
· Conduct awareness-raising meetings to introduce the FFS concept, identify the farmers and learning site/ sites;
Report progress of the FFS and demonstrations plots activities;
· Other tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Providing dieticians with the facility\'s meal and menu planning.
Obtaining dietary information and assessing the nutritional habits of patients.
Recording individual risk factors or dietary restrictions that might impact meal planning.
Coordinating meal plans with nutritionists and healthcare professionals.
Performing ongoing nutrition assessments, including the measurement of caloric intake and activity levels.
Facilitating immediate interventions for signs of malnutrition, allergic reactions, or refusal to eat.
Assisting in meal distribution, ensuring correctly delivered and timely served meals.
Maintaining proper sterilization protocols in the clearing away and cleaning of plates and utensils.
Safely discarding leftover portions to prevent the spread of disease.
Instructing patients and families on nutrition plans and healthy eating habits.
