Retail development Officer
Developing strategies for retail network development in line with the Boards Directive, vision and mission for the sustainable growth of the company.
Planning country wide region wise network development targets in coordination with RMs and defining timelines for achievement Coordination in preparation of OPEX and CAPEX budget of retail outlets on yearly basis.
Coordinate with engineering department for handing over of sites for start of construction after completing all formalities at retail development part.
Coordinate with retail sales/legal/finance and complete all formalities with respect to site commissioning/code opening.
Act as focal point for ensuring that site commissioning checklist is adhered to w.r.t documentation.
Analyzing project deviations and taking corrective actions.

Designing, Preparation and Application of DCO NOC for installation of New Retail Outlets and Transfer of CNG station to Petrol Pumps
Close Liason with the Explosive Department in terms of obtaining Licenses in Form “K” & Form “L” of Petroleum Rules, 1937, Form “B-1” of Mineral & Industrial Gases Safety Rules, 2010.
Preparation of Filling Station Drawings and Construction according to Explosive by Laws.
Ensuring the construction project complies with all building codes, Petroleum Rules and other legal or regulatory requirements.
Preparing Effective Project Management Cycle for every allocated project and ensuring each timeline is met.
Closely monitors the performance of Sub-contractors as per established contract.
