-Make credit memos for customers and vendors as well.
-Managing all accounts related activities includes
-Recording Expenses
-Receipts money of sales
-Keep track of checks issued and deposits
-Managing daily cash register activities
-Take all above activities into Peach Tree etc.
-Manage record of all employees’ payroll.
-Extensive working knowledge of peach tree.
-Monitored all inventory record using peach tree.
-Work on active issues that INTLBS is having with its sellers.
-Tracking all refunds that INTLBS recovered through PayPal and through checks.
-Return items if there is no settlement with the seller and -keep track until it’s not delivered and got refund.
-Audit those sellers who become defaulter.
-Send Emails to seller’s to whom we have any issue.
-File cases at EBay and PayPal resolution centre, File charge back at our credit card company and giving positive and negative feedback according to the situation.
-Provide any type of assistance to related authority according to the situation.
