To look after / carryout the civil work where needed inside the company and
outside related to the company.
To provide vehicles pick and drop the staff daily.
Maintain discipline of section / employees working under command
Arrange file / records of all company vehicles to check periodic repairing /
maintenance.
Handling of petty cash of administration department and close balance till
closing of business day on daily basis.
Processing of daily expense vouchers and submission to finance department
on daily basis.
To identify location for placement of fire fighting equipments.
To maintain register for reading of sui gas and electricity.
Efficient and effective management of all (Company & Contractor/Vendors)
Transport/Fleet management so that company can reduce cost.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Company
Responsible for Recruitment of new staff.
Advertising the vacancies in national print media and social media.
Scrutinize the candidates’ educational and experience certificates.
Screening and short listing of CVs.
Scheduling Tests and Interviews keeping in loop the concerned officials.
Processing the final hiring of the staff and creating staff personal files.
Responsible for maintaining staff Attendance record and Leaves record.
Responsible for processing EOBI claims of staff.
Responsible for processing fine penalty to the late comers.
