    I, Lieutenant Colonel Muhammad Waqar Hafeez, T Bt, lsc, CMILT (UK) am a well accomplished security professional with Armed forces and private leadership achievements at regional and international levels spread over about almost three decades. Since post transition, I am engaged in diverse professional activities in private in the fields of Human Resource Management (HRM), Logistic, Security, Risk Management and Business ventures. I am currently leading a Business Company, beside HRM and Security professional role at reputable corporate entity.  Moreover I am operating as an emerging corporate trainer having rich experience to talk and negotiate different prospects at the highest forum. I am veteran of war against terror across tribal agencies on Pakistan – Afghanistan border region, Kargil War in Siachin - Kashmir ceasefire violation, Anti-dacoits operation in Sindh and United Nation Peace Making Operation in Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). I have successfully led hundreds and thousands of security forces, equipped with millions of assets in counter terrorism and active war zone operations, guided executive protection in high risk environments, manage security risk of strategic assets and conducted humanitarian rescue in severe crises and disaster situation. I am MBA from Preston University and my services at Army and United Nation is acknowledging by National Award of “Taghma e Basalat” and international award “United Nation Peace Keeping Medal”. My recent initiative in the form of security risk consultancy, a think-tank cum social enterprise is aimed at building capacity for resilient organizations and crisis leadership, with the ability to mitigate risk(s) emanating from geographical threats.


    I am life-time Chartered Member of Institute of Logistics and Transport (United Kingdom), an experienced Security Professional, Human Resource Specialist and Transportation Executive vis-a-vis Visionary Entrepreneur and Certified Trainer.
