Assist Head HR & Admin in executing the performance management policy and procedures in full spirit
Assist Head HR & Admin in Semi-annual evaluations by keeping in loop line Heads and conduct performance interviews between line heads and staff for performance feedback purpose
Assist Head HR & Admin in calculating Increments and promotions on yearly basis
After approval prepare Increment and promotion letters, get it signed from signatory authority and distribute among the staff.
Quarterly plan training calendar by keeping in loop Head HR & Admin on the basis of quarterly performance evaluations and Training Need Analysis
Conduct trainings through trainers as per the calendars
Prepare Training Evaluations and Effectiveness report on quarterly basis and submit to Head HR & Admin
Responsible for all logistical and scheduling arrangements of training events and ensure that trainings must be conduct in professional environment
Conduct Manpower need analysis against the manpower request from line manager. If requests seems appropriate and within approved strength than send to Head HR & Admin for approval and for further process
Responsible to attract the candidates for all the job opening through various recruitment methods
Shortlist the CVs as per the demand from line managers
Update on various cost effective recruitment methods to collect CVs
Schedule the interviews by keeping in loop the Head HR & Admin and Call candidates for tests and Interviews
Make sure that maximum candidates are present at the time of tests or interviews
Responsible to develop the soft CV database of each and every management staff position, so that company can call the candidates in emergency requirements.
Give monthly written report to Head HR & Admin regarding CV Database statistics
Responsible to prepare and conduct tests of the candidates. Check the tests and prepare results for further shortlisting
Responsible to schedule initial interviews of all candidates with Head HR & Admin and forward the shortlisted candidates to line managers
Prepare offer and appointment letters and all other related documents (as per check list) for selected candidates and responsible for proper on boarding of new employee with respect to documentation
Carry out employee induction activities by collecting employee documents, making & issuing appointment letters, other relevant documentation
Prepare newly hired employees’ files and posting their details in ERP on monthly basis
Assist Head HR & Admin in conducing the new employee orientation of every new joiner as per the orientation policy of organization
Perform orientation of non-management staff on ongoing basis
Prepare Payroll on monthly basis (Leave Balance, Overtime, Late Coming, Mess deduction etc) and share with HR & Admin for approval
After approval and signs send the sheet to Audit department for payroll audit
Process employee separation activities by receiving resignation, issuing experience letter and software entry
Responsible to conduct employee exit interviews to understand the reasons of employee resignations
Prepare monthly reports of exit interviews and discuss with Head Human Resources for improvements
Also responsible for resigned employees clearance, and make sure that process of clearance must be done within assigned time
Prepare full and final settlement and forward to Internal Audit department
Responsible to keep all employee files properly maintained and updated
Prepare Employee Confirmation, Termination, Increment, promotion letters and other relevant documents as assigned by Senior
To supervise and maintain personnel records as per local labor laws, customers’ code of conduct and company policy
