• Define, Plan, Execute the admission drive and recruit new students during the admission drive for various trades.
• Craft the strategic deliverance of various communication channels being engaged during the admission drive and measure the impact of each tool.
• Devise policy, process and implementation of recruitment & assessment process for admissions.
• Drive trade specific admission drives where need be and work on strategies that would lead to institutional sustainability. Also drive project/donor specific recruitment so as to cater to the specific needs and demands of the project.
• Engage with the prospective students as much as possible and increase the visibility of AMANTECH as a brand.
• Drive student centric activities that would result in gaining access to a wider population through word of mouth.
• Leading the USAID project at AMANTECH with respect to planning, recruiting & shortlisting candidates for scholarships as per donor requirements.
• Liaison between the student body and various stake holders within AMANTECH ranging from the Academic staff to Special Projects and facilitate appropriate engagement.
• Counsel students where need be and maintain the discipline on the floor.
• Develop policies for smooth running of the student relations office and better engagement and facilitation of the student body.
• Maintain student records throughout the student life cycle.
• Manage the Student Hostel and ensure that the students are comfortable with the lodging arrangements.
• Preparing Budget for the department as well as every campaign that was run for the admissions drive.
• Work on student movement projections.
