DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES
Visit and map private providers/private Labs for inclusion in network. Fill interview questionnaires and assist RC and DFS for final selection of potential private providers and labs.
Assist RC and DFS for mapping and selection of informal providers/GPs as part of universal TB care strategy.
Maintain good working relationship and liaison with district health authorities and other stakeholders.
Responsible to conduct project activities including chest camps, community gathering and area notable meetings and ensure output as per SOPs.
Ensure the implementation of National guidelines for TB treatment and Project Operational guidelines
Maintain the updated records at all levels
Ensure Quality Assurance of all onboard labs as per National Guidelines. Liaison and coordination with assigned private labs for quick issuance of reports to the patients and delivery of B+ samples to X-pert site.

26Facilitate the community organizations and Regional Health team in achieving HDF health Goals
a.Will arrange Health Committee meetings for HDF Regional Health Team.
b.Facilitate Vaccination of WRAs and Children in his program area and ensure 100 Vaccination rate.
c.Facilitate Health Committees in maintaining health related data at VDO level with collaboration of Regional Health Team.

b.Prepare Children Enrollment plan in Primary and Secondary Schools with Collaboration of Regional Education Team
