Responsible for monthly financial closing preparation of management accounts for presentation to the management and finalization of annual audit.
Responsible for payroll processing of group staff including security guards, management of the company.
Preparation of management reports like trip closing, revenue and cost analysis for each trip, reconciliation of way and fuel expenses as well as expense analysis report for monthly MIS.
Reconciliation of vendor ledgers and dealing with PSO for fuel card swapping at different fuel stations cross the country to resolve any disputes.
Responsible to manage funds and payables accordingly.
Working on different projects as assigned by CEO and CHAIRMAN of the Group, like implementation of Trip Management System and HBL Konnect Accounts for security guards salaries.
