Coordinate in Safety accident and incident investigations and reporting and maintaining file for
Safety statistics of the Project.
Participate of conduct safety inspections and walkthrough at Project locations and render reports to
the Project Management team for appropriate action.
Coordinate with Clients on site Safety activities, training programs and emergency plans, drills and
procedures.
Prepare necessary reports relative to the Project Safety as required by our Project Management,
Consultants, and Clients.
Participate in Weekly, Monthly Safety and Progress Meetings with our Management, Consultants
and Government agencies.
Coordinate or assist Sub-contractors with their safety programs to meet the specific safety
requirements.
Evaluate the need for Safety equipment to employees, first aid, fire protection, hygiene and
sanitation etc. and ensure that all meet the minimum safety standards.
Coordinate in safety promotional activities such as displaying of positive attitude safety posters,
safety signs, banners and publication of Safety letters or literature.
Deploying Fire watchers (Fire Crew), Banks men in work site as of requirement.
Coordinate with the Safety Manager to conducted training on H2S/BA (Hydrogen Sulphide/breathing
apparatus), Fire fighting, fall prevention, rigging safety, Safety system of work, defensive driving &
PPE.
Raising awareness of health and safety issues on site.

Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct daily site safety inspection by visiting the site and identify and ensure to rectify the high potential hazards by concerned personnel and reporting to the Project Manager and HSE manager.
Assist in compliance reviews, general risk assessments and other safety assessments to support Health, Safety and Environmental management.
Conduct scheduled inspections such as plants and equipment's, scaffolding, power tools, ladders, lifting gears and accessories, welfare facilities, fire- fighting equipment, emergency rescue equipment.
Maintain relevant HSE logs and documentation.
Assist in the compliance of applicable laws and regulations.
Prepare applicable HSE reports such as weekly and monthly statistical reports and EHS observation reports.
Provide assistance and advice on HSE issues to make recommendations to site project team.
Participate in detailed incident investigations and Root Cause Analysis to promote incident prevention for the benefit of employees and company.
Observe HSE regulations, encourage safe working practices, correct obvious hazards immediately or report them to the concerned personnel.
Maintain positive and proactive relations with managers and employees, as well as our client and regulatory agencies.
Ensure the compliance of HSE rules and regulations set by the company as well as the external authorities.
