Managing the Portfolio of over 500 Million of different individuals. • Build & Managing the team of above ten individuals including Senior. Relationship Manager, Relationship Manager, Senior Investment Advisors & Investment Advisors. • Reporting to Country Head of Retail Business. • Enhancing Volume and customer base without compromising on profitability. • Provide investment solutions to the HNW clients. • Support team to achieve their targets. • Handle customer complaints & inquires. • Compile monthly reports of Sales reports, complains and discrepancies. • Provide training to the new hires. • Arrange brand activities in different companies to aware about Tax Rebate. • Participate in Job fairs and do talent acquisition of best resource for the company.
