My responsibilities involve in management, production planning & its execution and responsible for Five Plants and report directly to Senior Manager Operation.• Identify and report operational and maintenance problems to prevent production delays.
Ensure that all equipment, materials and supplies are readily and continuously ailable to carry out production processes.
Address employee concerns and complaints in professional manner.
Assist in interviewing, hiring and training new employees.
 Manage performance review, appraisals, and promotions for employees.
 Optimize production operations to meet quality and performance standards.
Ensure safety measures are procedures are followed to reduce unexpected incidents and hazards.
Ensure production process is carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures
Ensure to achieve high Operating efficiencies and Control the Losses ofProduct utilities etc.
Enstruct the workers in the daily tasks.
Raise requisition for the issuance of consumables items, and packing material as per production plan through Oracle.
 To monitor and take corrective action if required in achieving the production target.
 Manage Production staff through Labor contractors on multiple productioni Lines to achieve efficient performance for maximum production.
 To monitor reduce and control Wastages, Cleaning of processe quipment and manufacturing areas.
Ensures that Finish Goods are adequately stocked as per guidelines.
To Coordinate with Production Planning Department for availability of Raw material to Production Sequence and Priorities.
