Main Responsibilities are to
• Control the development on schedule, pushing developers to update the development progress activities day by day.
• Sprint planning and tracking, assigning resources to each sprint stories or tasks
• Overview Product backlog and Prioritizing features and requirements
• Monitor QA Plan
• Monitor Deployment Plan and each customer specific deployment guides
• Schedule and monitor the Immediate, urgent and important support Issues
• Tracking the test case documents, Test Reports etc
• To face the milestones in the development activities and to fix them with development team.
• Manage the daily and weekly meetings with clients in Europe.
• Working with support team in Denmark for live customer issues.
