Administration Management, Procurement Specialist


Fully Responsible for Administrations Projects Business management , overall office management, Preparing Biddings, Reviewing, Controlling and administering Procurement, Contract Management of on going Projects from Bidding to Closure, etc.


Negotiation & Contract Signing with suppliers to make sure that risks not involved in the contract.


o    Managing tendering process and awarding contracts, coordinating with contractors for commercial negotiations, cost estimates including billing & claims etc.


o    Applying innovative control methods that consistently delivering bottom line savings.


o    Maintaining relevant internal databases and files; keep track of contractual agreements.


o    To supervise and lead the procurement tasks with special focus on procurement timelines and coordination with the end users.


o    Extract and input data from various sources in Admin procurement systems.


o    Discusses with users and suppliers to clarify techno-commercial aspects of tenders and budget availability before purchase.


o    Verify vendor claims for accuracy and conformance with procurement rules and regulations;


o    Monitoring the PO and Payments of the suppliers settlement.


o    Taking responsibility for the effective flow of information between team members, participants in project activities.


o    Managed Departmental Budgets providing cost reduction with continual staff improvement.


o    Administration Management include manage the company overall administration works,


o    Renting offices, Villas, Canteens,  interior furnishing, furnitures procurements, 


o    IT Equipments, set up the main server rooms,


o    EHS Management , safety oxygen air testing, make sure all the safety measure for all the staff as well as offices, villas, canteens etc.


o    Sign the main long lease Vehicles contracts, as well as responsible to supervise the vehicles management system, vehicles safety equipment systems, etc ,


o    Arrange the canteen area, full furnished provide all the necessary furnitures, arrange all the cooking required functional technologies, equipment, utensils, cooking staff, and serving staff, Take care food high gens etc,


o    Sign the main contracts with Groceries, vegetables, meets , chicks, fish suppliers, and insure the services with quality etc,


o    Fully responsible to make sure the natural plants along health invironments as well as indoor and out door,


o    Randombly review the six sigma safety management,


o    Review the Administration workflow and find the ways to cut the cost/ control the cost,


o    Build a good relations with customers, and services providers to improve the company business and reputations,


o    Arrange the events, (indoor , outdoor, commercially)  includes all the staff as well as invite the valuable customers etc,


o    Proceed the company branding, Printing, all types etc,


o    Take care all over the Administration management works,
