Being a MEAL officer, I am responsible for assisting the project coordinator to provide technical assistance, implementing, and maintaining effective and appropriate Monitoring and Evaluation for all programmatic activities and results at the organizational level. Meanwhile, responsible for full-cycle Monitoring and Evaluation of programs, developing appropriate methodologies, tools to design and operationalization of M&E processes, and contributing to evidence-based program design and continuous improvements of program quality based on data, credible evidence, learnings, reporting process, improving information management and data quality as well as strengthening knowledge sharing and learning across the organization. The position is based in Quetta while looking into the different districts of Balochistan.
Monitor the training on DDR, Psychosocial support, and nutrition.
Data consolidation and validation
Development of the field monitoring report and providing on-site technical support to the direct primary actors
Development of the weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.

It includes the full-cycle Monitoring and Evaluation of programs, and developing appropriate methodologies in order to achieve the targets on time.

·     Responsible for attendance of staff and beneficiaries on daily basis.

Being a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer, I was responsible for the Planning and organizing of quarterly joint and participatory Routine Data Quality Assessments (RQDAs) and data analysis to guide action planning meetings, manage the database MIS, collection of program data, and regular basis field visits to the targeted areas and districts. Meanwhile, technical support is given to the beneficiaries and staff. weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports were developed on a regular basis in other to meet the deadlines on time without any backlog.

On the position of Monitoring Assistant, I was participating in strengthening existing M&E system and supporting in to preparing bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual programmatic performance reports. Meanwhile, entering all M&E relevant reports, Preparing and sorting received documents, Support the coordination and execution of events in the department such as, organizational project learning by developing, collecting and disseminating relevant information on monitoring, evaluation and research. A pert from this, other Monitoring and Evaluation functions as needed.
