Dedicated HR Executive responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and new employee orientation, seeking an HR role that allows for continued
learning and advancement and hoping to apply skills to continually advance policies and
improve communication between employees and management.
Key Responsibilities;
1. Reviewing resumes and applications.
2. Conducting the first round of telephonic interviews of the candidates.
3. Preparing letters such as offer, confirmation and termination.
4. Reviewing job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and updating them in consultation with the respective managers.
5. Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties assigned.
6. Keeping record of employees\' attendance, leaves & payroll administration and compliance.
