•Trouble shoot all different problems such as, low purity of the product, appearance of undesirable
color in the product, appearance of impurities in the product.
•Experienced in PLC/DCS operating system.
•To make production changeovers, start-up and shutdown in plant as per planning.
•Managing shift rosters for operators.
•To make sure plant runs on desired/designed parameters so that maximum quality may achieve.
•Making production report and follow production plan. Communicate between departments such as
maintenance, QC, materials etc. to make the product
•quality within the standards.
•To plan and execute all maintenance works with all safety precautions necessary for the job.
•To keep a check and balance of all different types of utilities and their availabilities, associated with
plant. i.e. gas, Steam, water, vacuum and instrument air.
•To be reporting to production manager.
•Part troubleshoot to make it under SOP and Quality.
•Execute the production plan to fulfill costumers compliance.
•Prepare production report and update it on ERP system (SAP).
•Communicate Quality and maintenance departments for rectifying the product issues.
•Hands on experience in pumps, blowers, ESP, stripper, condenser, chiller, boiler and furnace for
sulfur combustion to make SO3.
•Corrective and Preventive maintenance of plant equipment.
•Make production plan to fulfill costumer demand.
•Maintain Molded SF0 (semi finished) parts minimum and maximum stock in inventory.
•Keep stock level records of all raw materials available at
•plant.
•To ensure proper housekeeping and cleaning of plant
•area.
•Ensure safe work practices and safety compliance at
•plant area.
•Take all emergency steps when there is unseen
•breakdown.
