ResponsibilitiesManage and control all warehouses including Raw materials and finished products   Managing all processes and functions within a busy warehouse including  Raw materials and finished products   Managing a team of up to 65 employees within the warehouses of three units of the company Coordinating receiving stacking and storing with proper mobilizing processes.Maintaining high standards of materials handling. Responsible for the warehouse security and accountability. Ensuring stock levels are managed and controlled effectively. coordinating with the production department for the full strength production Receiving the goods from production and manage until the end consumer level (export division)manage the stock levels  for the Raw Materials and finished products (Foreign and Local) and coordinating with purchase and export department.Prepare inventory and stock reports with minimum stock  limit indications for the Purchase and Export departments for planningReconcile the daily transections and received stock data with goods recived notes (GRN)and material received note (MRN) against invoices and coordination with accounts departmentReconcile all the material transfer note to production department and goods issuance note to export department on daily bases, in order to maintain perfect stock of the warehouses.Updating & maintaining computerized data (by using WISCO software) & paper based administrative records. Managing monthly physical stock reports of the warehouses unit wise and reconcile the reports with software and excel
