Current responsibilities include but not limited to;
Planning
- Identification of relevant stakeholders, update program plan with their agreement/availability and communicate the same to them,
- Proactive resource allocation of internal teams, creation of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) to achieve targeted deadlines, milestones and goals, 
- Preparing teamwise monthly, quarterly and yearly budgets set within the scope of the Program. 
- For BRDs, planning of preparation, RACI matrix, reviews, closure and sign off sessions,  
- Planning of all FSDs walkthroughs, reviews and closure sessions as per availability of required stakeholders, update program plan for all the changes suggested by vendor Temenos and Higher Management,
- For allied interfaces, planning for availability of vendors, negotiating costs, setting agreeable timelines for delivery, 
Execution
- Ensuring all sessions, reviews, sign offs and documentations are completed within agreed timelines of Program plan,
- Ensuring all trackers and dashboards are updated at day end for status updates on daily, weekly and monthly basis,
- Ensuring all sessions with vendors (interfaces & integrations) conducted successfully along with provision of deliverables within timelines.
- Responsible for timely closure of all stages of aforementioned assigned workstreams,
- Resolution of conflicts, delays, issues and hurdles faced by stakeholders in achieving set timelines.
Analytics & Reporting
- Responsible for creation, updating, addition and deletion in BRDs, FSDs, IDDs, UATs and Go-Live dashboards, 
- Creation of requested dashboards, strategy documents and PPTs for Management reporting purposes as per Governance guidelines,
- Distribution of weekly and monthly status reports,
- Updating key risks and issues register, decision logs, requested access to stakeholders

Worked as a Project Manager for Core Banking System (CBS) Upgrade project involving vendor Silver Lake Axis (SLA) and internal teams.
Involved in implementation of Home Remittance System (HRS) Module, Collection Module and Payments Module by vendor CRPL,
• Assisted vendor and FBL Development teams in performing APIs Integration using Soap UI 5.5, overseeing SIT and managing UAT phases of HRS and Collection module,
• Performed SIT and UAT of IBFT Open API testing from 1Link, an initiative project to remove dependency on banking switch for performing IBFT transactions,
• Coordinated and assisted Business, Operations, Information Security, Compliance, IT operations, Quality Assurance and vendor teams for successful and timely completion of milestones and deadlines related to the given projects,
• Evaluation and business analysis of Change requests (CRs) initiated by Business teams and then getting it developed/implemented by FBL development team/vendor.

• Involved in NBP wide implementation of E-remittance system \"Moneta\" (from TPS), assisted Business, Operations, Compliance, IT Security and vendor teams in UAT phases of Moneta• Assisted all stakeholders in UAT of Cash Management System and Payment Portal by vendor CRPL• Coordinated with cross functional teams for reconciliation of different MIS (PSO, HASCOL, SMFB, BEOE, UoK, Fatima Fertilizer etc.) on daily, monthly and quarterly basis • Prepared and maintained point by point bug reports with clear and repeatable advances and track/confirm bugs as issues were found and settled • Performed requirements gathering and analysis, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), developed project plans and monitored performance, serving as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders• Performed requirement analysis and quality assurance testing for account opening automation workflow (Document Management System), delivered training to end users, correspondence with business teams and project coordination for the same
