• Iam graduated from HEC recognized Univeristy .Field of study zoology .Iam quite good in spoken and hardworking.Currently looking for job in a reputable industry.Having 1.5 year experience of work at islamic relief Pakistan ( as a community mobilizer)in city Bagh aj&k under SIDK(sustainable initiative fir development in Kashmir) project .I performed different tasks during that time some are mentioned below. Facilitate and monitor the implementation of planned activities and community-level engagements.
• Resolve conflict among the target community through effective dialogues.
• Mobilize and facilitate the engagements of stakeholders during planning and development meetings, workshops, and seminars.
• Capacity building of the community organization through orientation and in-house training.
• Identification of beneficiaries for multiple project interventions i.e. agriculture, livestock, WASH, and advocacy work/ enterprise development & Livelihoods and value chain.
• Assist agriculture and livestock officers an identification, and multiple assessments of project activities.
• Assist engineers in the identification of productive schemes and conduct social feasibility of schemes.
• Assist, agriculture officer, livestock officers, WASH and Sub engineer in the field
• Assist and facilitate project leads in field monitoring visits
• Ensure inclusion of vulnerable and marginalized groups in project interventions.
• Proper maintain record of project activities at community & office level both in soft & hard form with pictorial views.
• Organize advocacy/ climate change events at Tehsil and District level.
• Ensure strong coordination with the stakeholders.
• Conduct regular meeting with community organizations and ensure community ownership in project activities.

• Consult with the project lead regarding appropriate adjustments in program design or implementation strategies.
