SHORT ACADEMIC,PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY WITH ACHIEVEMENTS.
I am MBBS graduate by profession and passed in year 2005 from Nawab Shah Medical College registered with PMDC 50667-S valid upto year 2019.After completing Graduation i also have an experience of serving as a House officer in year 2006/07, Nawab Shah Medical College Hospital
During the following Medical and public health job Exposures i have learnt a lot about a good communication and management skills after having official correspondence with range of people's,cultures and different organizations especially Peoples primary health care initiative,church world services and combined military hospitals during my last tenure and looked in detail about the staff management and played my role well as a medical officer as well as public health professional.
. During previous experiences i have tried my level best to maintain the official communication with my staff and my supervisors as well and due to my flexible behavior with my staff it made me successful in getting excellent results. I had interest in polio eradication in pakistan therefore I a very well aware of the situation. I had a chance to serve as independent monitor dduring 2011 at Thatta. I had proved myself and get unbiased assesment to the best of my knowledge and skills for the overall betterment of the efforts taken for to eradicate polio from Pakistan.
. Even i was appointed and assigned two quiet remote basic health units which were quiet far away from my home i did never turn back from my duties and fulfilled all the required assignments and did not make the distance as a barrier to my career. During my job I have looked after thr EPI activities and polio eradication initiative in my assigned beasic health units. I have good knowledge of polio campaign.i have 5 year work experience in community for matrnal and child health and public health manag in rural areas of sind.
