Diary management and approval taking from senior management for procurement of various items.
Maintenance of WOR, MOR for follow up and due actions.
Store Inventory and Supply management for Lab, Office and Clinical consumables.
Manage relationship with key stakeholders to develop and implement effective business strategies to ensure quality of service and improved value to the company
Design category based initiatives and implementation plans in alignment with the stakeholders and Business strategy and support Business to meet its growth objectives.
Perform market and trends analyses.
Partner with the relevant stakeholders to instill cost savings, operational and process improvement practices.
Quality Assurance/Quality Control strategy at service level. Purchase and procurement of Medicines,Consumables for Laboratory, Foot Clinic and Housekeeping.
Negotiate contracts and achieve cost savings from vendors.
Review discrepancies in supplier performance and cost competitiveness.
Manage and enhance the relationship with Key or selected suppliers in an innovative way to maximize value Organization of different marketing campaigns and events for promotion
General office maintenance, cleanliness to make the sitting place healthy and comfortable
Security and survelillance acitivites
Management of offices lease, renewals, rents payments Dealing with local health and regulatory departments to maintain standards.
General site maintenance supervision including Generator and UPS backups,Construction maintenance, Housekeeping and HSE.
HR management duties includes staff payroll and attendances .
Petty Cash account handling and book keeping.
Project Planning, Monitoring activities through various methods including software packages
Communication and co-ordination with Senior project team members and site staff.
Project Quality Control as per contractual documents.
Inspection visits to the project site.
Identification and remedy of ongoing technical issues.
Documentation work for the project which includes:
Preparation and vetting of various project documents including change requests, inspection request, material reports and IPC’s.
Co-ordination and communication with the project team, contractors and stakeholders of the project through various communication medium.
Project Progress reports.
Accompanied senior management in the meetings for various purposes with the project stakeholders.
Site inspection and supervision duties
Project activity monitoring with respect to time, resources and quality.
Inspection of project activities as per design and contractual specifications.
Material inspection
Contractor site staff vigilance in terms of time and quality
Communication and co-ordination with Senior project team members and site staff.
Identification of technical issues and timely information submittal to concerned senior personnel.
