Worked as Nutrition Assistant with Nutrition Cell Balochistan in District (1st Jan 2021 to Oct-2021)
I was responsible for
Nutrional Screening of all the children (6-59 months), pregnant women and lactating mother.
Admit eligible children in program.
Maintain and update the record of the admitted childre, pregnant women and lactating mothers.
Arrange, organize and conduct health, IYCF, hygiene and nutrition education sessions at the health facility.
Maintain and report the supplies record properly at the respective health facility.
Ensure immunization of all the admitted children according to CMAM protocol and guidelines.
Systematic reporting of community nutrition screening health and nutrition education sessions and submit the reports as required by the program.
Actively participate in the improvement and strengthening of CMAM strategies and methodologies.
Should build strong professional relations with ACF staff and other stakeholders for mutual working and understanding with cross referral mechanism and cooperation resulting in integrated interventions.
Assist Nutrition coordinator in monitoring and reporting of activities.
Work closely with the health facility staff and LHWs to ensure all children are screened correctly at health facility /OTP entre and within targeted area.
Ensure effective IYCF services are provided with coordination of Health Staff as per National protocol guided in Pakistan IYCF strategy.
Report on progress and any problems in a timely manner to health facility In-charge and District Nutrition Coordinator.

15.Follow-up and ensure that the LHWs, community group interact with the beneficiaries properly.
16.If there is a problem, find out what is wrong and find a solution or else contact your immediate supervisor.
17.Respond to inquiries regarding the technical aspects of the program admission and discharge when ever necessary at the OTP sites.
18.Provide success stories / case studies in the intervention with Coordination of Health Facility In-charge, Supervisor and DNC. 19. Perform any other duties requested by the immediate supervisor.
