I started my career in Touchstone by dialing on auto insurance, home insurance, Quick in Loan, Reverse Mortgage, RVM, Nation starts mortgage, student loans, and Home security. Then I moved to CRU (Transcriptions campaign) in 2016. I am carrying an experience of 1.5 years on transcription-based projects such as CRU (Call review), CMU (Humanatic, Call Monitoring Unite), GT (General Transcription), and Mortgage transcriptions.
