Assistant Manager – Electrical Maintenance
Responsible for smooth operation of plant equipment like Kiln, Sucker (Siti B&T), Techno Ferrari (Loading & Unloading Machine), Sorting Machine, Ball Mills, Agitators, Spray dryer (SPD), Blowers, Burners, Dryers, Hydraulic Press (Welko & Siti B&T) & Glaze lines.
Troubleshooting of Servo Motors, Servo Drives, Stepper Motors, Stepper Drives and Induction Motors ranging from (0.25 kW to 132 kW).
Modification in PLC programming (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron).
Installation and programming of Omron (Yaskawa), Mitsubishi, Hitachi Inverters & etc.
