Monitoring and Evaluation
Developing M&E Plan for every new project in coordination with the project manager and Base MEAL officer and get it approved from immediate supervisor and the MEAL Manager.
Carrying out regular and routine field monitoring of program activities and producing monitoring visit reports on the given format; conducting debrief sessions with relevant program staff and develop an agreed action plan; and report to MEAL Manager and Base Manager.
Carry out follow-up monitoring visits to materialize actions agreed in action plan, also maintain Monitoring-Action Plan Tracker at field level; and report to MEAL Manager.
To assist in planning and implementation of internal monitoring and evaluation exercises and impact assessments in terms of case/success stories and during project evaluation when needed.

• Livelihood restoration of 1500 wage workers HH with cash grants in 6 months at district Qambar Shahdadkot.
• Livelihood restoration of 500 vulnerable HH with agriculture and micro-business conditional cash grants support in 6 months at District Qambar Shahdadkot.
• Nutrition support to 2172 vulnerable HH for increased food security in 6 months at District Qambar Shahdadkot.
• 1632 HH Cash for work and Cash grants project for livelihood support and social security.
Implemented DEC-II livelihood project with Care International in at Tehsil Mehar, District Dadu.
• Management of grants given to 400 HH to restore their livelihood and start micro enterprises.
• 500 HH received backyard poultry support and;
• 732 women HH were helped to start small projects of community infrastructure restoration at their respective villages under cash for work model to increase their social security and improve their livelihood.
