Conduct field monitoring visits to sites (training institutes & businesses/industry) for periodic assessments of ongoing training programs including student attendance, performance, job progress etc.
Perform initial screening of private sector training institutes for identification/selection purposes
Facilitate social mobilization team to to develop their work plan
frequently conduct field visit to provide support to social mobilization team for field activities

Manage and support to team for the implementation of activities at the field level
To plan the project activities according to the DIP
Prepare action plan according to the project activities

Mobilize and involve communities to ensure community ownership of WASH project
Design appropriate assessment tools to identify and respond to water, sanitation and hygiene needs
Establish, identify and train community based Hygiene Promoters (HPs) and Village WASH Committees (VWC)
Carry out water quality assessments, test and monitoring
Compile project reports highlighting project impact against indicators.
Ensure capacity building of counterpart and all members of team.
Work closely with Partner team to verify the training groups and clusters of trainees and skilled artisans for further project interventions
Lead beneficiary selection, verification, mobilization and sensitization
Develop project work plan and implement against the target
To identify and select project beneficiaries through a baseline survey in the area of the project implementation

Conduct O& M sanitation training for female at household level to contribute for the construction of shelter and understand proper usage of dry pit latrine.
Sensitization of female community to improve good hygiene practices through avoiding open defecation and adopt all hygienic practices at household level.
Coordinating, planning and carrying out field assessments and female beneficiary registrations for project.
Write and/or contribute to field-based reports.
Ensure timely completion of project activities as per the specified time period.

Formation of community organization
Mobilization for facilitation of identified listed women for NIC Registration through SMUs MRVs and NRCs.
Finalization of community mobilization plans
Mobilization of women and men for NIC and voter registration
Mobilization for regular saving within their community organizations and its positive utilization for members
