1. Monthly Verification of all types of vouchers, general vouchers, bank reconciliation, Vendor Reconciliation, bank payments and cash payments.
2. Monthly Sale tax return supervision and finalization of returns.
3. Obtain, analyze and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts etc.
4. Review the suitability of internal control design and suggest improvements with a roll out plan.
5.Perform payment system audit, operational audit, process audit, cash audit & tax audit.
6. Perform professional skepticism in daily conduct to find out loopholes in systems, controls, and procedures etc. by performing substantive and analytical procedures.
7.Ensure compliance with established Standard Operating Procedures by examining records, reports, operating practices, and documentation.
8. Provide Valuable input in improvement of control procedures and control environment by performing test of controls.
9. Providing different reports and analysis for Operational Executive as and when required.
10. Any other task as assigned by senior management.
