• Execute internal testing and UAT of system modification / enhancement & new development of different applications of core banking system.
• Handling Complaint Management System (CMS) where problems are reported by branches till their resolutions
• Uploading of branches software application for Main Server in case of operating system (Unix) error/crashed
• Issuance of Password to Branches which is to be used in different applications & scenarios
• Conduct trainings to BSA & Operation staff of Branches
• Update BOP2001 User’s and administrator manuals for conventional and Islamic software applications.
• Support to other software placed at HRD salary system, Law MIS, Recon finance division.
• Any other assignment given by the competent authority.
