To work with community organizations through participatory tools like participatory reflection and action to prepare Afghani women for income generation & development plans, and portfolio of opportunities. 
To take a lead role in organizing the target community to smoothly execute the project activities by respecting the dignity and integrity of the conflict. 
To assist the community, in identifying potential gaps, analyzing their problems and priorities their needs as well as involve them in finding solutions to their community issues.
Strategically linking the climate change specific initiatives with DRR, food security, DRR and Livelihood existing policies and issues on ground through promoting culture of Dailogue and accountability between community and Govt line departments.
Embedding community’s focused approach in the social mobilization processes as community groups should be enabled and empowered to raise voice for their communities bearing the impact of climate change. 
Provide support and expertise to Specialist, coordinator, management and other staff particularly social mobilization on a range of advocacy issues methods and approaches that are cleared with agreed strategies of program and organization.
Conduct BBCM to start intervention for the new project implementation. To provide regular updates to the line manager about the field activities. 
To maintain daily activities fields records and proper documentation.
Prepared daily weekly and monthly work plan & also improved the line manager. 
To coordinate project activities with all relevant community stakeholders and other working humanitarian partners in the target area.
Conduct meeting with stack holder and community level. To participate and collect pre- and post-data of training and sessions.
Assist the target community in obtaining available outside resources through self-help and self-reliant initiatives.
To provide monthly, quarterly, and annual data to the line manager for reporting purposes.
Select the target beneficiary of the project & also enrolled with different vocational institute.

Promote a campaign to improve the overall campus environment.
Develop awareness in the students regarding environment-friendly and green  practices to promote a clean and green campus and save the environment.
Encourage and enhance knowledge, understanding, and appreciation of nature  and  the practice of conservation of natural resources among the students.
Provide a forum for bringing together experiences related to the environment from  individuals, institutions, and organizations, such as holding talks in the society’s  seminar series.
Arrange various events and activities on various World Days related to the  environment.
Create awareness regarding environmental pollution and environmental    degradation, and its effects on human health.
