09 years of progressive HR experience in different industrial sectors having expertise in all HR domains with Specialization in the formulation and implementation of various HR policies, procedures and systems that can contribute in the achievement of HR departmental and organizational objectives.
1. Developmental HR Responsibilities: Review, develop and update HR policies and procedures considering national labor laws, requirements from regulatory authorities, new strategic direction and changing business environment for the organization
2. Recruitment and Selection: In collaboration with the heads of different departments (academic and non- academic) assist in the development of staffing and recruitment plan to ensure that each department is staffed appropriately according to needs and regulation of higher education commission (HEC) and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC). Further, ensure that staff hiring is conducted efficiently and in compliance with CEOCS university policies and procedures and national labor laws.
3. Employee Relations: Ensure the timely processing of new contracts, contract extensions, staff transfers, promotions and other change of status/ personnel changes. Manage processes related to disciplinary actions, staff separation, and termination. Respond to employee related queries and provide answers to all HR related inquiries and requests. Provide day-to-day advice to the higher management and HODs in the implementing of the HR policies, and procedures in the departments

Performance Management System: Develop new performance appraisal management for the organization based on the Job descriptions (JD) and KPY Performance indicators for different related job groups Take full responsibility for the system development ( updated JD, KPIs development) and system implementation considering required steps for all the relevant stages of the system such as performance planning, mid-year review and final review
5. Training and Development: Support Center for professional Development (CPD) CECOS university in Training and development of faculty through (regular training needs assessment (TNA), identification of suitable trainings providers, organization of training events and post training impact assessment).
1. Develop HR management system (recruitment and selection, performance appraisal, training and development, grievance and discipline polices) to meet up with the changing competitive business environment for the organization. 2. Develop recruitment system for the organization to fulfill skills labour requirements for the strategic priority area of the organizations such as design and development, research and development, quality assurance and high tech production system through CNC machines. 3. Develop performance management and training and development system for the organization according changing requirement and strategic priorities of the organizations. 4. Coordinate with head of departments (HODS) of direct production departments (workshops and assemblies), production support departments (design and development, Research and development, Quality Assurance and Quality control) and general support departments (finance, security , sales and marketing) for the maintenance of healthy working environment in the organization. 5. Assist in Maintenance of HR record such as (employee personnel files, employee social security records, temporary advance records, EOBI record ,performance appraisal record, discipline records and training records for proper management of HR system. 6. Assist in employee Payroll management system by using HRMIS 7. Assist employees in preparation of employees pension cases, social security and marriage grant cases for submission to different government departments 8. Liaise with government departments such social security, EOBI that are directly related to employee welfare.

Determine the production constraints in the honey value chain in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa by using primary and secondary data, collected through observation and structured interviews techniques from the important stakeholders involve in the honey value chain. 2. Determine the market intermediaries, product development, processing, storage, transportation aspects of the honey value chain in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. 3. Assess the marketing of the honey in the Tarnab Farm Honey Market Peshawar with focus on the: market structure, market regulations, market ownership, market segments, types of the business related to the honey in the market (colony suppliers, Honey traders and equipment suppliers), types of the honey sold in the market, quality standards for the honey processing and marketing, grading, storage and display of the honey in the market.
1. Prepare and project proposals for the funding under different funding sources including One UN, GEF, INGAD etc 2. Assist in formulation, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of different FAO projects (TCP, UNJP,GCP and UTF) considering FAO Project life cycle (Phase 1 to 6) 3. Assist FAO Representation in Pakistan programme team in timely submission information and data to the FAO headquarters and regional offices and prepare responses for above mentioned offices related for FAO country programme in Pakistan 4. Ensure the timely preparation of joint work plans and progress reports for the JPCs that fall within the mandate of FAO e.g. natural resource management, technical & vocational skills, health and nutrition. 5. Act FAO gender focal person and assist in gender analysis of different projects by using approve tools and also represent FAO on different forums such mandated for gender equality such as INGAD, Interagency working group for Gender Equality and other forums such as World Bank, ADP, SRSP etc 6. Act as FAO Focal person for Environment and represent FAO on different forums related environment such as National Forest Facility, GEF, UN REDD, IUCN, WWF, IGF and provincial forestry departments
1. Collect background information of the vacant positions and prepare terms of references for the professional and support staff positions in consultation with the Programme and Admin Units. 2. Prepare PPRs and arrange announcement of vacancies. 3. Assist in shortlisting candidates, process recruitment cases of International and national (NPP/PSA/CL) personnel. Participate in the interviews and conduct tests of candidates. Prepare selection reports. 4. Maintain complete and detailed personnel files of the staff. 5. Answer queries on entitlements and personnel procedures, brief and debrief staff members in conjunction with Human Resource Management System. Investigate and resolve complex personnel queries and initiate follow-up actions. 6. On own initiative or with minimum guidance, answer related correspondence and ensure that appropriate responses have been obtained
