School Cluster Supervisor
· Mobilization of local community for organizing themselves into socially viable group to undertake development work at grassroots level.
· Identification & prioritization of felt needs of community and planning for improving living standards at individual, household and village level.
· Appraise, disburse and recover micro credit for initiation of income generation Organizations.
· Train local leaders in record maintenance and management of their community Organizations.
· Manage for other PRSP interventions such as credit, NRM PITD, CPS HRD etc.
· Arrange for linkages of local community with line developments and agencies working for poverty alleviation in the same geographical entitles.
· Report on programme progress and participate in planning for future interventions and expansion.
· Any other task assigned by the Regional General Manager.
