Purchase Order (PO) process coordination.
Work closely with Brand Management and Buying Team to identify aged inventory and implementc actionsto minimize such inventory.
Adjust order volumes and pricing based on buy-in opportunities, vendor stock issues, and seasonal fluctuations
Improve supply health by identifying gaps in hiring effectiveness, new hire performance.
Create systems/process/tech developments to control and improve performance.

Coordinate with team to ensure all SKUs among all brands are available / in-stock at all timesForecast demand and create supply plans that ensure availability of products.Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers, vendors, or freight forwarders.Negotiate contracts for transportation, distribution, or logistics services.Monitor supplier performance to assess ability to meet quality and delivery requirements.Facilitate and maintain vendor relationships between businesses and suppliers, negotiating contracts, creating vendor standards, and finding the best available vendors.
