once parcels receive to hub /facility inbound, scan them to our hub node and use FIFO method
for dispatching and segregate them area wise. Monitoring reschedule / return parcels. Prepare
Dispatch report, backlog report and monitoring daily customers verifications calls by control
team. Internal communications with multiple teams for smooth operations.
Handling Logistics and Transportation Operation and P&L of Projects
Responsible for finished goods two warehouse’s 30 k SQ FT & 20 k SQ FT of Inbound and Outbound Operations/ Distribution / Inventory Management, with 70 plus workforce on different locations for maximum quality / quantitative results. Handling planning, stock levels, space allocations, TAT, Managing SKUs, transport operations, costing & invoicing of transporters, multiple vendors, cold storage areas, destruction & Rework of products and, temperature control product, SOP’s, warehouse temperatures, Courier partners. Maintaining Health & Safety procedures, Instruments / machines check’s, training of staff for improvements. Coordination with different departments, Production, Accounts & Finance, Quality, IT, Institution/Marketing/Commercial/ Export Dept.’s. Physical / Pre-Audit of Stocks, Near Expiry products, promotional materials and sample items. Financial matters of warehousing. Handle multiple other operational matters.
