o Member of core team for implementation of Core Banking System.
o Member of core team for implementation of Microfinance module in Core Banking System successfully.
o Manage and coordinate with all stakeholders (end users & vendor) for all phases of project development life cycle (i.e. requirement gathering, analysis, development, user acceptance testing and deployment) in line with organizational policies/procedures.
o Manage release deployment of application in live servers in line with organizational policies/procedures.
o Troubleshoot & support day to day operational issues and manage all branches spread across country.
o Prepare and update application configurations document
Software Engineer
Routine responsibilities include:
o Evaluate requirements, produce specification and then lead the designing, development, testing and deployment of web based applications.
o Provide support for existing application issues
o Extraction of routine required reports through auto jobs
o Responsible for print media stuff e.g. Poster of new calling cards along with card design

Routine responsibilities include:
o Prepare detailed workflow charts and diagrams that describe behavior of the system including inputs and outputs.
o Perform revision and expansion of existing systems to increase operating efficiency and to adapt to new requirements.
o Contribute in the preparation of instructions/manuals to guide end users.
