The M&E Officer is responsible for the design, implementation, and management of the monitoring and evaluation (M&E) system for the WFP FFA intervention in Rajanpur. The M&E Officer will work closely with the Program Manager and other staff to ensure that the M&E system is aligned with the program objectives and that the data collected is used to inform program decision-making.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the M&E plan for the WFP FFA intervention in Rajanpur.
Collect and analyze data on the implementation of the program.
Produce reports on the progress of the program and the impact of the interventions.
Disseminate M&E findings to stakeholders.
Support the Program Manager in the use of M&E data to inform program decision-making.
Registraition of BISP beneficiries in programme.
Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
Mobilozation to BISP beneficiries of reproductive age about family planning .
Prepare village groups and cluster of registered BISP beneficiries in relevant villages and union councils.
