Job Responsibilities:
1.     To supervise, control and continually improve the compliance aspects of the company.
2.     Establishment of overall safety culture at work place.
3.     Ensure the implementation of relevant requirements with respect to scope of work.
4.     Conduct training and counselling session to enhance the HSE awareness among the production team and contractors.
5.     Advise key managerial or executive personnel on facility operations work process or environmental conditions which impact the safety and efficiency of personnel.
6.     Develop and deliver effective policies, procedures, auditing, training, communication and educational material to promote increased understanding, appreciation and adherence to safe operating practices.
7.     Assist management staff in creating and implementing a consistent HSE System by developing policies and procedures to build a continuous improvement structure.
8.     Maintain all required compliance documentation, conducts all required safety compliance training and assures implementation of and compliance with the HSE plan.
9.     Recommend, Design, develop and oversee the implementation of safety and technical training programs within each section.
10.  Interpret & apply regulations, policies, and procedures dealing with fire/safety and any hazardous conditions that may be found at our facilities.
11.  Perform site inspection for all our facility to ensure structural/safety compliance.
