I acquired M.Phil Degree in Gender Studies as well as have more than years working experience with different national and international NGOs in Punjab province in the sectors of Youth Empowerment, Gender and Development, Social Cohesion, SRHR, Humanitarian Response and child rights. Worked in PYWD project funded by USAID. worked for the empowerment of youth specially females through technical institutional training, job placement and micro finance loaning in collaboration with Akhuwat Foundation.
Job description:
1. Manage field teams in Lodhran and Bahawalpur teams
2. Kept track of enrollment of youth in vocational and technical institutions
3. Developed formats for reporting and surveys
4. Conducted trainings on Behavioral change communications
