Full configuration of network, cable based and fiber based connectors configuring straight and cross cables. Monitor and operate the CCTV cameras and associated equipment in the CCTV Control Room. Maintain accurate records of data recordings and events, using incident reporting software. Troubleshoot cameras, DVRs, NVRs, computers, peripherals, and other hardware. Provide technical support to end users covering all software and hardware related issues.
