Ensures the branch and vaults are opened and closed on a timely basis. Enforces dual control procedures at all times. Facilitates teller buys and sells to the vault. Maintains monthly branch efficiency logs. Assists new tellers with training. Keeps staff informed of pertinent changes in operational policy and procedures. Prepares teller performance appraisals and disciplinary notices as required. Performs pre-audits to ensure ongoing adherence with compliance procedures. Keeps educated on all deposit, business and consumer loan products. Maintains adequate supplies at the facility. Balances and troubleshoots ATM/debit card concerns.
