PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
AS A ENUMERATOR AT SUKKUR AND SHIKARPUR AND LARKANA QAMBER SHAHDAD KOT (ACF INTERNATIONAL) SMART SURVEY A PROJECT OF EU AND PINS 14 MARCH 2019 TO 05 MAY 2019.
Responsibilities
1. Management of field based data collection activities using SMART survey methodology and Reporting.
2. To ensure that communities are adequately consulted and informed about purpose of the data collection and ensure no false responses are given/recorded; and
3. To orient community members about project and interventions of the project.
4. To attend the training and standardization test hand-holding, mentoring to enumerators in field.
5. To deliver SMART survey training to enumeration staff.
6. To ensure team management for effective data collection with quality assurance.
7. To ensure fleet management for all enumeration teams and all logistical support including data collection tools etc. and other documentation is completed.
8. To ensure that the data collection is as per data quality standards, conducts spot-checks to ensure that the sampling methodology is respected.
9. To specifically monitor anthropometry measurement process and provide field based training facilitation.
10. To support field teams in coordination and networking support in communities.
11. To ensure that data quality is cross-checked and submitted to data entry operators.
12. To ensure that all anthropometry equipments are properly being used and maintained.
13. To ensure that data entry is done on regularly basis, and all errors are rectify in timely manners.
14. To ensure that daily targets of tech teams are achieved as per plan; and
15. Regualry conducting debriefing session with enumerators to builed their capacities to improve data Collection Skills.
16. To provide report on daily basis on achievement versus planned data collection as per sampling.
