Sales Support:

Assist the sales team in managing day-to-day sales operations, including order processing, sales tracking, and customer inquiries.
Coordinate with the production and logistics departments to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Collaborate with the sales team to prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations for potential customers.
Monitor and track sales activities, prepare sales reports, and identify areas for improvement.
Provide support to the sales team by handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Visit the project site & support installation team for project execution.

 Order Processing and Documentation:

Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
Prepare sales orders, purchase orders, and invoices.
Maintain order documentation, including contracts, terms and conditions, and shipping instructions.

Design Support:

Prepare piping layout plan section & elevation for compressor room.
Prepare compressor room general arrangements drawings.
Prepare compressor P&ID diagram.
Make piping BOQ as per compressor room layout.

Provide the Humidifier, dehumidifier & portable air conditioner to textile, pharmaceutical & industrial application.
Provide the HVAC equipment like, Dampers, Humidification Plant, and Ventilation Units for textile & powerhouse application.
Travelling to visit potential clients, see their requirements, make drawing of project as customer requirements, and coordinate with fabrication department.
Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions.
Recording and maintaining client contact data.
Clarifying design issues.
Co-coordinating sales projects.
Follow up on inquiries.
Prepare the design proposal for new project with guidance of senior engineer.
Ability to interact with client, consultant, customer, and contractor.
Preparations of Plans, Sections, Details, Isometric drawings.
Draw the shop drawing of supply air duct & diffuser, return air duct & grills.
Draw the general arrangement drawings of AC plant equipment and ducts.
Preparation the piping system of wash chamber.
Draw the automation and motor control layout.
Draw the fabrication drawing, Such as air damper, Louver, ventilation units, Rotary air filter, diffuser and grill.
Verify the construction drawing from consultant before construction.
Prepare the 2D & 3D model, Details fabrication and assembly drawing.
Prepare the Bill of material and Bill of quantity on AutoCAD and excel sheet.

Draw the Detail and assembly drawing of sheet metal parts in 2D & 3d modeling.
To make the working drawing of different fabrication parts.
Prepare the BOQ of each drawing with material list.
Maintain the drawings revision and new amendment.
Prepare daily production reporting to production manager.
Prepare the material and cost estimate report for new project.

• Maintain the product quality as per ISO standard.
• Making sure that products are to the highest grade and production standards.
• Creating an environment that is conducive to teamwork.
