Electrical Project engineer
Currently i am working as an electrical project engineer , my job responsibilities are as follows:
• Executes project from kick-off to completion along with coordinating resources within time, cost & scope
• Prepares control and protection schemes of LV and MV switchgear
• Acts as a point of contact for production, vendor and customer for timely and smooth completion of the project
• Strives to resolve all project issues to reduce project delivery time
• Manages KPIs within our Quality/Business objectives
Operational excellence
• Led the successful launch event of17.5kV switchgear “NXAIR” in Pakistan
• Contributing effectively in utilization of excess available inventory, current worth approx. 100 Million PKR
• Self contribution of worth 5million PKR annually in cost saving measures led by operations head
• Dedicatedly and single handedly working on the rolling out of new electrical engineering software – Engineering base in Karachi factory
• Performed inventory audit on production floor
• Implemented energy efficient lighting design for production floor
Production Engineer
• Coordinating production meetings to align prefabrication, assembly and wiring operations
• Supervision of Trainee engineers and technicians on LV/MV assembly line
• Identification of bottlenecks and troubleshooting of problems to resolve them
• Monitoring and taking necessary actions to achieve daily production targets
